I've got a 2013 Kia pro ceed and I had a message come up on the dashboard telling me that my keyfob battery needed changing, could someone tell me how to do this please as my local Kia dealer was no help what so ever, they in fact told me to go to any local garage and ask them to prise it open.

Hey Team, I took the (smart) keys of a brand new automatic Xceed yesterday, but just cannot lock it on first attempt! replacing the key fob battery within brand new one and took off the negative off negative terminal off the car battery for 10 minutes and replaced it and that didn't work I gave it a jump the whole time the car saying key fob not detected even when we tried to put it into the slot of the glove compartment …
