Right there with you. The newest NFS game, Need For Speed: Payback, looks really impressive from the trailers. I've been looking at this one for a while, but I don't have a powerful enough rig to really enjoy it. Looks a bit closer to Carbon rather than UG2, but it's probably the closest thing you'll get right now.
