Scroll down until you find Dragon Age: Origins - Content Updater and right-click it. Select Properties and check if the service is running. If it isn't click the Start button. Also, if needed, change the startup type to Automatic.

They don't even have to be level 10. Unlike you. you don't have to be level 10, you unlock them through the war room at the far left of the ferelden side of the map. I just think you need to actually do a mission or two, or leave Skyhold so that when you come back, most of the keep is repaired (you can use the stables, sit in your throne etc)

From a traditional adventure narrative, I'd say either champion or reaver would make the most sense. Champion, as in a warrior who can't be beaten. Fits because you are a leader of the people. Reaver too, since dragons are the ultimate creature, it would fit with a powerhouse protagonist. Templar IMO doesn't really fit.
